The following terms and conditions apply to the commercial relationship between Watch Service Finland Oy and its customers, which arises through the shop.watchservice.fi online store.
Watch Service Finland Oy reserves the right to change the delivery terms by unilateral decision without prior notice. Orders are subject to the delivery terms valid at the time of order, which are specified in the shop.watchservice.fi online store. If there are changes to Finnish law, they will enter into force immediately.
Watch Service Finland Oy is not liable for damages caused by force majeure. Force majeure is considered to be an unforeseeable circumstance or change in circumstances that Watch Service Finland Oy cannot influence and that Watch Service Finland Oy cannot reasonably overcome. Watch Service Finland Oy is obliged to inform its customer of the force majeure that has occurred as soon as possible.
Watch Service Finland Oy sells products through the shop.watchservice.fi online store to private individuals of full age (hereinafter referred to as the consumer) and, with the consent of a guardian, also to those under the age of 18. Goods are also sold to corporate, public administration and community customers (hereinafter referred to as the corporate customer), who purchase the goods for professional or business gift use.
Consumer trade is always subject to the Finnish and European Union consumer protection legislation in force at the time of the contract. These terms of delivery do not restrict the rights of the consumer but are in accordance with general legislation.
In the sales contract between corporate customers and Watch Service Finland Oy, the Finnish Commercial Code in force applies unless otherwise provided in these terms of delivery.
When the customer has received the product they ordered, Watch Service Finland Oy reserves the right to send its customers a product review request via email regarding the products they ordered, but responding to it is voluntary. Reviews can be published in the shop.watchservice.fi online store and the customer's contact information will not be displayed in connection with them. Watch Service Finland Oy also uses the information collected through reviews for the comprehensive development of its services.
Data protection: The information of the customers of the shop.watchservice.fi online store is stored in the customer register of Watch Service Finland Oy and a customer account is automatically created for each customer who has purchased. The information in the customer register is used to maintain and manage the customer relationship. Watch Service Finland Oy also has the right to process the information in the register for justified purposes (such as direct marketing) in accordance with the Personal Data Act (523/99), if the customer has permitted this. 3. ONLINE STORE PRODUCTS AND PRICES
All prices in our online store include VAT. If a product is clearly incorrectly priced in our online store and if it can be assumed that the customer understands that the product is incorrectly priced, the product will not be delivered to the customer at the price in question, despite the order, according to Finnish law. In the event of incorrect pricing, Watch Service Finland Oy is obliged to notify the customer who ordered the product immediately. Watch Service Finland Oy sells products according to the age limits set by law. By ordering a product and at the same time accepting the delivery terms, the customer confirms that he has the right to order the product in question.
Products that are manufactured or modified separately at the customer's request are not granted a right of return, and certain products that require professional installation (e.g. watch movements), or products that become unusable when opening the package, are not granted a right of return. However, if the customer wants to return the product, the order will always be considered on a case-by-case basis and the costs incurred in ordering or modifying will be charged to him in full. However, the right to return is granted if the product ordered or modified at the customer's request has a manufacturing defect.

5. DELIVERY METHODS AND DELIVERY TIME
International shipments
We offer €17 Priority Parcel package (Finnish Posti) as a delivery method to Sweden, Denmark, Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania. Priority Parcel package is €25 to other European countries included in EU Customs Union. Delivery time is approximately 2-4 business days.
When ordering from other countries, please request a quote. FedEx shipping costs are generally around €65-85.
Domestic shipments (Finland)
General
We offer free shipping for domestic orders over 25 euros and use Finnish Posti to deliver the items. If the product fits in a letter, we will deliver the product to your home in a Small Package. A product that does not fit in a letter will be delivered to the post office or a parcel machine, depending on your choice. Parcel deliveries will normally arrive within 1-2 business days of your order, unless we have stated otherwise in the product information. We do not deliver products by cash on delivery. Products will be sent no later than the next business day after the order is placed to ensure fast delivery.
Package delivery to a Posti pickup point
For domestic orders, the package will be delivered to the Posti pickup point of your choice. When the package leaves us, you will receive a Posti tracking number in your email, which you can use to track the progress of the package. You can conveniently see the tracking number for shipments in the OmaPosti app. The products can then be picked up from the pick-up point of your choice. The delivery cost of the package is €8.90 for orders under €25.
Letter-sized parcel delivery with tracking (Small Package)
This delivery method is only available if the products to be delivered fit into an envelope. If you choose this delivery method, we will deliver the product directly to your home in an envelope or in a package less than 3 cm thick. Please remember to use your official home address as registered in the Finnish population register so that Posti can deliver the product. The delivery time for a small package is approximately 4-8 business days. The delivery cost for a small package is €5.90 for orders under €25.
6. RIGHT OF RETURN
We grant a 30-day right of return for our products. The product must be returnable in accordance with Finnish Chapter 6 of the Consumer Protection Act. The purpose of the law is to give the consumer the right to inspect the product as is possible in a store. The customer has the right to inspect the contents of the package and carefully fit the product. However, the product must be completely scratch-free and in like-new condition when returned. The product packaging must be opened with general caution. All product packaging can be opened in a way that does not damage the packaging. For example, it is recommended to open tapes and seals with a knife, and not tear the tape. We are responsible for the postage costs incurred for the return.
Restrictions on the right of return based on Chapter 6, Section 16 of the Consumer Protection Act:
Engraved products are not eligible for a return under the law governing customized products.
The product is not eligible for return and/or cancellation if it has been specifically ordered from a factory at the buyer's request. If the product is ordered from a factory, we have informed the customer of this separately or it is mentioned in the product description.
Some products are not eligible for returns due to health or hygiene reasons if the sealed packaging has been opened. Such products include earbuds and heart rate monitors.
Customer returns must always be sent using Posti's free customer return service and a receipt must be requested for the return.
For customer return matters, please first contact us by email: info@watchservice.fi
7. WARRANTY AND LIABILITY
The warranty is determined according to the product information. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear of the product's coating, glass and strap during use.
We ask customers to contact us regarding warranty matters by email at info@watchservice.fi or by calling +358 40 456 4582.
8. COMPLAINTS
A receipt is required when making a complaint about a defect in the goods. Online store customers do not need to worry about receipts, as they can be found in our system. Customers who have purchased from our store must present a receipt when making a complaint.
Complaints are preferably handled in writing. A free-form complaint can be submitted by email to info@watchservice.fi
Complaints can also be handled in our store at Hyvinkää. The customer can also make a complaint via our online store contact form.
We aim to replace products damaged during delivery with new ones immediately. Despite our careful packaging, the post office does not always manage to deliver packages intact. For this reason, it is a good idea to check the condition of the package and any possible damage to the package when you pick up the shipment. If the shipment has been damaged in transit, file a damage report with your post office as soon as possible. Also contact us and we will arrange the delivery of a new product immediately.
9. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
We primarily strive to resolve all disputes by negotiating with the customer either by email or telephone.
If a dispute regarding the sales contract cannot be resolved through negotiations between the parties, the consumer may submit the matter to the Consumer Disputes Board (www.kuluttajariita.fi).
Before submitting the matter to the Consumer Disputes Board, the consumer must contact the Consumer Advice Service of the local registry office (www.kuluttajaneuvonta.fi).
