Returns

Watch Service Finland Oy grants a 30-day right of return for products ordered from our online store, as specified in the delivery terms. The product can be returned either by visiting our store in Hyvinkää on weekdays between 8 am and 4 pm or by sending it by mail without charge with customer return. Please contact us before returning the product so that we can provide the necessary instructions for the return.
